“What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality.” I am a firm believer that change begins from the inside-out. I received my bachelors from Xavier University of Louisiana, located in New Orleans. During my time at Xavier, I was a 4-year volleyball letterman. I am currently a student therapist in the second year of the M.S. Couples and Family Therapy Program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Medicine.
I specialize in working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and identities. I focus on a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, coping skills, stress management, LGBTQIA, familial conflict, self-worth, communication, and much more.
As a student therapist, I strive to create a safe non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic space where my clients feel supported and understood. I recognize that there is still an enormous stigma surrounding mental health and seeking therapy, which is why I commend you on your courageousness in helping me eliminate the stigmas and stereotypes that revolve around mental health.
