I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology in May 2017 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I am currently a Graduate Student Therapist at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Medicine Couple’s and Family Therapy Master’s Program. I believe that everyone has the strength and resolve to create the meaningful change that they hope to see in their lives. I am dedicated to helping individuals see the good in themselves.
I have a collaborative and client-centered therapeutic approach. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and continuously strive to provide a safe space where my clients feel both comfortable to express themselves and supported. I believe each client has a unique experience and therapy should be tailored to fit those needs. I understand that life can be tough and overwhelming. It is my goal to help clients develop the coping skills they need in order to feel confident navigating life’s difficult moments.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as a whole. I have experience helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional regulation, stress management, eating disorders, and relationship issues. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I am here to support you in your journey.
