My Work
My work with clients frequently includes EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Gottman Method. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. My clinical interests include working with trauma, anxiety, depression, first responders, relationship issues, and much more. Additionally, I enjoy offering services to the Spanish-speaking community.

My therapeutic approach is centered around creating a safe and supportive environment for you. My approach is empathetic, yet challenging when necessary while always remaining warm and nurturing. Because we are all different, I tailor my approach to fit my clients’ goals and needs.
