Desiree Hanache-MFT Student Therapist

At the crossroads of life's challenges, individuals often find themselves burdened by the weight of their struggles. Addiction, depression, anxiety, and disembodiment (to name a few) don’t just affect them as isolated individuals but ripple through their relationships, families, and the communities they’re part of.

At these crossroads, Desiree comes forward not only as an MFT but as a collaborator in your journey toward holistic healing. Her passion lies in working with individuals, couples, and families who seek to navigate the turbulent waters of mental and emotional challenges. Promoting whole-person, multifaceted healing is a pillar of her practice.

Drawing from a rich tapestry of therapeutic modalities, Desiree primarily employs Solution-Focused Brief Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. These modalities have provided many with the tools to regain agency over their lives, promoting understanding and renewed purpose. However, each client's journey is unique; Desiree seeks to meet her clients' needs best.

Trust is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship. Desiree invites you to a safe space where your experiences are respected, heard, and valued. Together, you will co-create a path that aligns with your vision of well-being & wholeness. Her commitment to you is not just to alleviate symptoms but to journey alongside you, helping you heal through your challenges.
