Janice Brown- CPC Student Therapist

Janice is a Master’s-level student in Clinical Professional Counseling with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families on their journey toward improved mental well-being. She considers it both a joy and a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing and growth. Janice provides compassionate and competent care to children, adolescents, teens, individuals, families, and groups. She is especially passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where open conversations and understanding can thrive.

Her clinical focus includes a broad range of mental health challenges such as behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, suicidal ideation, grief, and stress. Janice believes strongly in the inherent capacity of each person to make meaningful and lasting changes when provided with the right support. She fosters a collaborative and nurturing therapeutic environment that promotes self-exploration, resilience, and personal growth.

By emphasizing intentional progress and equipping clients with essential tools and education, Janice empowers individuals to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and lead lives aligned with their values and goals. She especially enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing issues such as self-esteem, self-care, and major life transitions. Janice approaches every therapeutic encounter with empathy, respect, and a commitment to deep healing.
