I believe in the power of being truly heard. As a student therapist, I take a person-centered approach—collaborating with each individual to explore what is most meaningful, helpful, and healing for them. I offer support to those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual concerns, with a focus on fostering growth and resilience. Blending clinical training with lived experience, my approach is both informed and empathetic. I believe that self-understanding often leads to self-improvement and lasting change, and I aim to support that process through a compassionate and empowering therapeutic relationship.
I am currently a graduate student at the University of the Cumberlands, gaining hands-on experience as I complete my clinical training. My work is supported by licensed, experienced therapists who provide ongoing mentorship and supervision. Clients can expect attentive, collaborative care that is both thoughtful and well-informed. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and honor each person’s unique path toward healing.
