Christianel Ramos- MFT Student Therapist

Christianel is a graduate student therapist currently studying at Northcentral University. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and understood, and she is dedicated to creating a warm, empowering, and empathetic space where clients feel safe to show up as themselves. She approaches each client relationship with curiosity, meeting people where they are without judgment or assumption.

Christianel takes a client-centered approach, believing that the client is the expert of their own life and that her role is to walk alongside them with care and empathy. She is also focused on building real, trusting connections with the individuals she works with, and sees the therapeutic relationship itself as one of the most powerful tools for growth and healing.

Her background includes work with children and adolescents, as well as experience within group home communities. Through this work, she has collaborated with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD, as well as individuals living with schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety. These experiences have helped shape her understanding of resilience in individuals across diverse communities and the importance of meeting each person as a whole individual.

Christianel is committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to be exactly who they are. She approaches each new client relationship with curiosity, an open mind, and an open heart. She is ready to learn about what matters most to her clients and to support them in reaching their goals.
