Ashleigh Kenny- MFT Student Therapist

Ashleigh is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in trauma. She is passionate about helping people understand how life's experiences have shaped the way they see themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that show up in their lives. She believes that every experience deserves to be acknowledged and validated, and that understanding where those patterns began can create opportunities for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

People are so much more than the challenges they've faced. She enjoys helping clients make sense of their experiences, recognize the strengths they already have, and discover new ways of moving forward. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, knowing they'll be met with compassion, honesty, and without judgment.

She also believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation. She brings a thoughtful and straightforward approach while recognizing that every person's journey is different. Whether you're working through a difficult time, navigating changes in your relationships, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, she'll meet you where you are.

Ashleigh works with individuals, couples, and families from a wide variety of backgrounds, relationship dynamics, and family structures. She welcomes clients navigating relationship concerns, intimacy, sexuality, trauma, family challenges, and life transitions, including those whose relationships or households may look different from traditional expectations. She is committed to creating a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported exactly as they are.

Ultimately healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. By building a trusting relationship and exploring your story together, she hopes to help you find greater clarity, stronger connections, and a path forward that feels authentic to you.
